This chef is responsible for all BOH.  Line, prep, dish, janitorial.  Staffing of BOH and insuring that the production of day to day allows for the owners to manage the team and catering.

$20 an hour 40 hours to 50 hours … weekends and holidays mandatory. Food cost, BOH labor , ordering, menus.  Medical stipend $85 a month.
